Czech Republic, located in the heart of Europe and close to Poland, country of the historic branch of the Benincà Group, already in 2007 seemed to be the ideal place in which another strategic branch for the Group could arise. The consolidation of the international presence, which began in the early 2000s, has gradually passed first through a stabilisation of the presence in Italy and other European countries, then in extra-European countries.
Today, almost 15 years after the founding of the first branch, the confirmation comes from the market itself. The direct presence and the service, which the branches of the Group can guarantee in every specific country, allow creating a level of loyalty and partnership with the customers that becomes a real distinguishing mark. In Czech Republic, as well, the capability to be leader in the automation sector has allowed providing customers and specialists with a customised service focused on their needs since the very beginning. Today the team of Beninca CS celebrates the first 10 years in business with a complete range of products and, above all, services. Periodically, business courses, technical training and initiatives are organised thanks to the internal staff. In these days, the best customers of the branch have been guests for 3 days in the Italian headquarters of the Group for an update meeting and 2 days of relaxation.
It is exactly this continuous exchange between the staff and the customers that allows creating a real clientele of excellence having such a high level of expertise on our products that can guarantee support and additional services. As a recent example, we could mention the possibility to have a 4-year warranty extension in the face of a training process and qualification at our branch in Prague. All this allows the staff to constantly supervise not only the level of customer loyalty, but also the service provided.
