Radek Pavlik owns an electrical system installation company and he knows well the automation market. We asked him something about his activity, during the meeting we had in these days here in Italy.
“I already knew Benincà products, even before the Prague branch opened. I actually started my collaboration with this company thanks to the branch. The service given during these days has been fundamental. The quality of the product is daily supported by the branch also by fast deliveries and the prompt answers. It is in this way, that I can always be very competitive and updated”.
The ability to give prompt answer becomes then fundamental, but we wanted to ask him also which are the key items inside the team, that make the difference.
“Surely the assistance is the key item which makes the difference in each phase: during the after, but particularly the pre-sales. While making a new estimation project, thanks to the internal team, I can always suggest the best solution to my customers for every kind of installation."
Concerning the updates, is this the first time you come to Italy?
"I come periodically to Italy to get updates about the news and to inform then my customers about them as a preview. Surely today I was impressed by the high number of projects on which the group is working on, the warranty of 4 years and the prospective of the future one can breathe in this"
