As our Group expands, so does the demand for qualified personnel. This means that our company is as healthy and dynamic as ever. We’re happy to welcome so many new arrivals to the departments of long-standing brands. This recent acquisition will highly benefit the whole Group. This year, the Benincà Group has acquired a significant shareholding in Apromix S.r.l. based in Bassano. This company was founded by Luca Michelazzo and Gian Luigi De Guio about 20 years ago. Since then, it has been specialising in developing and manufacturing advanced access-control systems, badge readers and electronic systems for other sectors. In particular, access control allows the regulation of people's transit within certain areas, granting or denying permission and recording events. Expanding our offering will help consolidate our presence in many markets, besides providing new opportunities to the entire sales network. Soon, we’ll no longer provide just isolated and standalone closing systems (barriers and automatic doors). We’ll also be selling an integrated system, including an access-control system connected to motors for gates, barriers, automatic doors and bollards.
