Access control for an educational, social, and cultural activity center

In an educational center in the Vicenza area, dedicated to the recovery of young people and adolescents with difficulties, there was a need to manage staff entry in a simple and secure way. The building, divided into different areas, each dedicated to meetings, support, and the re-education of minors, required precise categorization and identification of authorized personnel to prevent unauthorized access. APROMIX provided a LEADER concentrator connected to four readers—two at the entrance and two at the exit—and about 20 badges to manage all operators and employees working in different time slots within the center. The main entrance of the building is also secured by the automation of the sliding gate with a Benincà BULL series 24 Vdc motor. It is managed through an external reader that, via RFID tag recognition, allows access to authorized vehicles according to predefined rules and permissions.
The system was donated by the Benincà Group as part of a sustainability project that combines technology and solidarity.
